摘要
以番茄品种月光、合作903为试材,在CO2浓度为1000μl/L条件下,研究高CO2浓度对番茄土壤微生物生物量、土壤呼吸的影响,结果表明:高CO2浓度处理使番茄土壤微生物生物量碳、氮显著升高;对番茄土壤呼吸速率影响显著,即先抑制后促进。
Yueguang and Hezuo903 were taken as experimental tomato material. Under 1 000 ml/L CO2 concentration, the change of soil microbial biomass and soil respiration were detailed studied in this dissertation.Elevated CO2 concentration notable promoted the Cmic, Nmic of tomato and also affected soil respiration, the trend of soil respiration were inhibited at the beginning of treatment, while were enhanced in the end.
