摘要
针对在4～6把梳栉的普通拉舍尔经编机上生产的弹力光边布进行了工艺探讨,通过组织结构的设计、梳栉的安排、纱线选择、张力控制等方面来实现光边的形成以及条带之间的分离,并进行了工艺举例。
This paper discussed the technology of warp-knitted elastic fabric with neat selvedge which was produced on raschel warp-knitting machine with 4 to 6 bars. Based on some process examples, the authors presented how to form neat selvedge and realize the separation between strips in terms of the design of stitch structure, arrangements of bars, selection of yarns, tension control, and so on.
