江苏盐田钻井冲洗液的选择

摘要 作者论述了含盐地层钻井中出现泥浆的固相污染,页岩水化,盐侵等现象的原因,提出了处理方法,指出无固相和低固相冲洗液适用于江苏盐田地层钻进。 The drilling mode in the saltfield,different from that in bedrock,has a strict requirement on the flushing fluid.There are some poor phenomena such as the pollution of solid phase, shale liquefaction and brining in drilling course of Jiangsu saltfield.To prevent pollution of solid phase,the optimum method is to prepare drilling fluid of non-solid or less solid phase and to make the viscosity and content of solid phase minimized.As a result,a good flowability and effect of sand precipitation make great contributions to the precipitation and removement of solid phase materials.Meanwhile,the long mud ditch and big sediment pool equipped in drilling site,and continuously adding treating agent and non-solid containing fluid to hole as well as dredging sand are also important measures to increase drilling efficiency;in the drilling of shale formation,to prevent shale liquefaction,the methods must be used:1.to prepare a mud with less water loss;2.to use inhibited mud;3.to enlarge diameter ratio between drilling bit and tool;4.to drill at high velocity;5.to case in drilling course;By adding colloid protector water loss reducing agent and NaOH to protect colloid,decrease water loss quantity and increase pH value,the brining can be controlled.
