摘要
本文叙述了受控定向钻探技术在苏州迂里多金属矿区的应用情况,认为这项新技术工作精度高,节省费用,值得推广。
The controlled directional drilling with high accuracy and low cost is a new technology well worth spreading.It can meet geological demands and has been successfully used in Yuli polymetal deposit.In practice,to design a directional drilling hole is the first work,inc- luding the selection of suitable orbit and spot of slope formation.The section of slope for- mation are located in intact formation between 250 and 400 m,and designed orbit of holes are a type of straight-curve—straight line in Yuli deposit.Permissibly,the intensity of slope should be selected as large as possible and calculated by using concerned formulas.Secondly, the equipments suitable for directional drilling should guarantee a successful drilling course. The technology of directional drilling can be divided into construction of directional and bran ched directional holes.The non-solid or less solid phase flushing fluids are required in the drilling of slope formation. Many results have been achieved since spreading this new technology in Yuli deposit in the investigation of orebody,and control of orebody depth.In defining and tracing accurate orebody,the reliable data for calculation of reserve can be obtained and many auxiliary wor- ks can be avoided.So,the drilling cost decreases and efficiency increases,achieving better economic benefit.
