摘要
针对摩擦提升机常见故障进行了故障树的制作和可靠性分析方法的讨论,给出了故障分布的几个重要参数定量计算方法实例。为定量分析矿山机械系统的可靠性从建模到诊断的全部定量化,程序化、自动化。
In the paper, the normal troublesof a friction hoist is analyzed through fault-tree and, in themean time, a discussion is n1ade with the methods of relabili-ty. Examples are given for the calculat:on of a few importantparameters. The theory of quantltative nnalysis of reliabilityfor the mine friction hoisting system is advanced for large e-quipment frorn mathematical establishing model to diagnosticanalysis, procedure automation and safetyr supervision.
