摘要
1989年1月1日,南京市区中山南路中段路西的慢车道路面突然塌陷,直接塌陷面积约30m^2,深度近2m,陷坑周围的路面“架空”,路面下的大片石、木桩等裸露,路边一根电线杆下沉1.03m,慢车道旁树木严重倾斜。有关单位认为事故原因是浅部老下水管道渗漏,泡软了自来水管的土基,致使自来水管渗漏,渗出的自来水将路面下的流砂和粉煤灰填土带走从而架空了路面,导致路面塌陷。笔者去现场察看。
The collapse taken place in south Zhongshan road is considered because of following reasons: the collapse site is on the old Qinghuan river where the loose and water-saturated sediments are distributed and can easily flow;the drop funnel of ground water and loosen road base formed by precipitation or drainage and unperfect roof effectiveness;the leak of sewers. The attention should be paid to follow in order to prevent similar events: 1.about three fifth old urban areas are located on the sediments of old channel and its lake basin Which the engineering geological conditions are very bad and can be easily collapsed. 2.the engineering geological explorations and some methods of leak protecting,crack pluggin, should be carried out onto the distribution of old channel in urban districts. 3.any construction works must be exaimed before it is put into use and should be regularly tested in its operation in order to eliminate any leak.
