摘要
目前我国对食品的塑料包装没有实现有效监控,造成了很大安全隐患。对供应商及其产品的质量监控,关系到食品整体质量和制造成本。以监控包装材料的质量状况为例,说明监控的重要性,并从评价方式、内容、途径等方面,对如何更有效地评审、监控供应商作进一步探讨。
At present, our country does not realize the effectively monitor the food plastics package, it cause greatly safety hidden trouble, the quality control to supplier and his products, concern the whole quality of food and manufacturing cost. Regard monitor the quality state of the packing materials as the example, to explain the importance of monitor, and further discuss how to evaluate and monitor supplier effective from appraise way, content, approach.etc .
