摘要 介绍了以AT89C52单片机为核心的温度控制系统,用来控制油气分析箱体的温度。该系统的环境温度范围在-40℃~+70℃,控制温度为20℃左右。通过硬件和软件的设计利用固态继电器实现加热和制冷控制,使温度达到设定值。控制精度达到±0.5℃。 The study of the subject was the temperature control system based on single chip processor AT89C52, controlling the temperature of the analyzing box ofoil and gas. The range of the temperature in the subject was from -30℃ to +70% while the controlling was about 20℃. Solid State relay was used in the system to realize the temperature control both in heating and cooling, according to the design of hardware and software. The accuracy of the controlling system was ± 0.5%.
