摘要 研究了以端羟基聚醚(210聚醚)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,醋丁纤维素(CAB)改性的湿气固化聚氨酯皮革光亮剂(简称MPU皮革光亮剂)的合成方法和影响改性产品性能的主要因素。结果表明,当NCO/OH(mol)、TMP/210聚醚(mol)、CAB/TDI+210聚醚+TMP(W)按一定的配比,通过搅拌,且在80℃下反应4h,即可制得综合性能良好的MPU型皮革光亮剂。其产品可适于多种皮革的顶层涂饰。表6。 Abstract The synthetic method of MPU-type polyurethane leather season agent using cellulose acetate-butyrate (CAB) modification and the major factors affecting the performance of modified products were studied with the end-hydroxy polyether (210 polyether), trhydroxymethylpropane (TMP), toluenediisocyanate (TDI). The results show that the moist air setting MPU-type polyurethane leather season agent having good comprehensive properties was produced by stirring for 4 hours at 80 ℃ when NCO/OH (mol) TMP/210 polyether (mol), CAB/TDI+210 Polyether + TMP(w) and concentration of reaction mass (w) are 1.5 ~1.6, 0.7~0.9, 5%~10%, 50%~60% respectively. This product is suitable for the top coating of many leathers.
