摘要
海南电网一起平常的220kV线路发生故障,线路保护正确动作切除故障,并且重合成功,但同时220kV失灵保护误动跳220kV母联开关,引起事故扩大。经过对该起事故动作行为的分析以及对220kV断路器失灵保护的逻辑框图进行深入研究,找出问题所在,提出了保护装置选型是否正确对电网的安全稳定运行是非常重要的。
A common line accident of 220kV happened in Hainan Power Grid, the protective action was correct and auto-reclose was successful, but breaker failure cut bus coupler, which spreaded the accident.Through analysing the logic fig, this paper finds out the problems, and points out that choosing the protected device correctly is very important.
