摘要
从价值追求和理论支撑来看,师徒制是初任教师逐渐体悟职业的缄默知识,不断掌握专业技能和智慧的一种对新教师进行培养的方式。但由于特定的历史、文化、经济和制度的影响,农村中学师徒制在事实上的一些特征需要批判和现代化。
From the perspective of value pursuit and theoretical support, master-prentice pattern is a training mode of novice teachers, which can help novice teachers understand tacit knowledge and master professional skills and wisdom. As the impact of specific history, culture, and economy and system, in fact, some features of rural schools'master-prentice pattern need criticizing and modernizing.
