摘要
在分析NOx生成机理的基础上,用试验的方法研究了过量空气系数、燃烧器倾角以及顶部燃尽风开度对NOx排放浓度的影响。研究结果表明:在相同负荷下,过量空气系数从1.14(氧量为2.5%)至1.27(氧量为4.5%)的过程中,NOx排放浓度随之增加且;燃烧器摆角自下向上摆动时,NOx排放浓度不断减小;顶部燃尽风开度增大时,NOx排放量降低。
Based on the investigation of NOx formation mechanism, a coal - fired utility filler which capacity is 1801t/h was studied. The effects on NOx emission of excessive air coefficient, inclination of bumer and the over fire air flow were investigated through experimental method. Parameters changed in experi- ment were oxygen, inclination of burner, and over fire air flow. Test results indicated when excessive air coefficient changed from 1.14 ( oxygen 2.5 % ) to 1.27 (oxygen 4.5 % ), NOx emission concentration increased; When inclination of burners swung from downward ward to up, NOx emission concentration decreased continually amd when over fire air flow was increased, NOx emission was lowened
