摘要
我国是农业大国,农业、农村、农民即"三农"问题一定程度上影响到国民经济的发展。而具有科技文献丰富、电子信息资源齐全的农业院校图书馆是将现代信息技术服务"三农"的重要使者。分析了农业院校图书馆服务"三农"的意义与独特优势,并提出了6项具体措施。
Agriculture is an important industry in China. The agriculture, the countryside and the farmers （also known as three-dimensional rural issues） affect to some degree the development of national economy. Information technology plays a key role in building countryside, developing agriculture and flourishing farmers. As the libraries at agricultural universities hold abundant science and technology literatures and rich electronic information resources they are important element for serving ＂the three-dimensional rural issues＂. In order to better understand the possible functions of these libraries, this paper analyzed unique advantages of these libraries and the significance of their services to ＂three-dimensional rural issues＂. Possible measures that could be taken to improve the services were also put forward.
