摘要
采用叶碟法测定了45种南药植物粗提物对斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫的拒食活性。结果表明,斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫对九里香、鸭胆子、槟榔、薏苡、花椒、胡椒、生姜的非选择性拒食率均达75%以上,对九里香、生姜、地桃花、竹卷心、苏铁、槟榔、蟛萁菊的选择性拒食率均达90%以上,其中对九里香的拒食率为100%。
The antifeeding activities of 45 south herbs plant extracts against the 3rd instar larvae of Spodpteralitura Fabriciu were tested .The results showed that the non-selectively antifeedant activities of extracts from Murraya Paniculata L., Brucea javanica Merr., Areca catechu L., Coiih laoryrna jobi L., Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Pipor nigrum L. and Zingiber officinale R. were more than 75%; the antifeedant activities of extracts from Murraya Paniculata L., Zingiber officinale R., Melastoma candium, Lingnania chungil, Cycas revolute T., Areca catechu L., Wedelia chinensis M. were more than 90%.
