摘要
本文研究了碳源(可溶性淀粉)和氮源(硝酸氨)不同浓度配比对玉米纹枯病菌丝的生长速率、菌核粒数、菌丝干重的影响。结果表明,碳源在39.86~50.00g·L-1,氮源在1.8591~2.9525g·L-1的范围内为该菌生长的最佳浓度组合。
The effects of different ratio of carbon and nitrogen source on the hypha growth rate, sclerpoium quantity and hypha dryweight were investigated in this paper. The results revealed that the best concentration of carbon and nitrogen source were in range of 39.86-50.00 g·L^-1 and 1.859 1-2.952 5 g·L^-1, respectively.
