Pax-5在人类淋巴造血系统恶性肿瘤中的作用及表达

摘要 Pax是一类在人类胚胎发育过程中编码重要转录因子成对区的基因控制家族。Pax-5基因是1989年由Barberis等Ⅲ确认的一种新的B细胞核反式转录因子。肿瘤的发生是基因表达紊乱、细胞恶性增殖的结果。在正常细胞中起调控作用的基因,有可能因某种原因导致其在体细胞中的表达异常,使细胞异常分化而发生肿瘤。Pax-5基因编码的B细胞特异性激活蛋白(Bcell—specific activator protein,BSAP),在正常B细胞的生长、发育、分化过程中起重要作用^[2]。同时,Pax-5基因在人类恶性肿瘤中的异常表达对肿瘤发生、发展及在肿瘤诊断中的作用正引起人们的关注。
