摘要
我国农业机械化进程主要受到3次产业的就业结构转换和政府支持的双重影响,第一产业就业比重的持续下降和财政支援共同推动了农业机械化。同时,农业机械化进程的推进提高了单个农业劳动力所能负担的播种面积,对农民增收具有显著作用。为此,对我国农业机械化进程影响因素进行了实证研究,旨在进一步促进农业机械化发展,坚定不移地促进农村过剩劳动力向非农产业转移,同时要继续加大财政的投入力度。
China＇s agricultural mechanization process has been affecting by dual factors which are employment structure of three industries and government support.The proportion of agricultural employment declining and financial support promoted agricultural mechanization.At the same time,the process of agricultural mechanization has promoted the area that per-agricultural laborer can afford,and also significantly increased the peasant income.Further promoting the development of agricultural mechanization,we must unswervingly promote the rural surplus laborers transferring to non-agricultural industries,but also to continue to increase financial input.
