摘要
事故的产生具有一定的随机性,事故数据存储较为复杂,但却可以根据其规律性进行事故智能化分析并进行多发点的鉴别。质量控制法是一种应用比较广泛的方法,但由于其忽略了事故的严重程度对事故多发点的影响。文中从事故严重程度这一角度对质量控制法进行改进,利用威布尔分布函数对当量事故数进行分析,以拟合的威布尔函数计算平均当量事故率,修正了质量控制法。修正后的质量控制法能够提高质量控制法的应用范围和鉴别效果,鉴别结果更准确。
The generation of traffic accident has stochastic properties, and the data storage was complex. However, the data can be intelligently analyzed and identified by their regularity. Quality control method is a popular application method. Nevertheless, because of its neglecting the severity of the acccident for the black spots impact, the application range has some limitation. Based on the analysis of the grade of traffic accident, the quality control method was modified. The Weibull distribution function was used to analyze the equivalent traffic accident quantity and to calculate the average equivalent accident rate. Thus, the quality control method was modified. The modified quality control method can have much more broad application range and better differential effects.
