摘要
以哈尔滨市3条快速路为研究对象,通过分析其道路交通事故统计数据,从时间分布、事故形态、事故成因等角度,探讨了城市快速路交通事故的特性。选取行车道宽度、交通饱和度、标志设施等9个指标,建立了城市快速路交通安全水平评价指标体系,进而提出了基于主成分分析法的快速路交通安全评价模型。应用案例表明,哈尔滨市和兴路的交通安全水平相对最好,公滨路交通安全水平较低,该结果与运用相对事故率法所得到的结论基本一致,从而验证了该模型的有效性。
With three expressways in Harbin as research objects, the traffic accidents and their corresponding characteristics were analyzed from such aspects as time distribution, accident pattern and accident causes. Nine indexes were chosen to form the safety evaluation index system. Further more, a traffic safety evaluation model was carried out via principal component analysis theory to assess the safety level of expressway. The examples indicate that Hexing Road in Harbin has a higher level of traffic safety while Gonghin Road has a relatively lower safety level. The result is similar to that gained by relative accident rate. Thus, the effectiveness of the model is verified.
