摘要
我国对外贸易摩擦已经由企业的微观层面向政府政策的宏观层面发展,反补贴调查已成为我国贸易摩擦的新热点。反补贴问题已受到政府、行业、学术界的高度重视。文章综述了国外关于反补贴的主要研究成果,并提出了有待进一步研究的领域。
Nowadays, some countries or regions have already introduced the public interests principle in antidumping, and to perfect the evaluative factors for public interests in antidumping will be a new mission to the international society. Therefore, it is of important value to make a research on the evaluative factors of public interests in antid umping in order to be able to use the antidumping measures properly, balance the interest groups at home and abroad, perfect our country＇s antidumping legislation and practices, and protect the national public interests in our society.
