摘要
目的:观察宁心合剂治疗高血压病舒张性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将符合高血压病舒张性心力衰竭诊断标准的60例患者随机分为对照组30例(用参附合剂治疗)和治疗组30例(用宁心合剂治疗)。经过6月治疗,观察6分钟步行试验、左室舒张功能、生化指标变化。结果:治疗前2组6分钟步行试验比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);经过6月的治疗后,治疗组较对照组行走距离显著延长(P<0.01)。治疗前2组左室舒张功能指标比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组左心室舒张功能各指标均优于治疗前(P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组患者治疗前肾素活性、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮、脑钠素(BNP)等生化指标比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组肾素活性、醛固酮Ⅱ、BNP明显降低(P<0.01),且明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。血管紧张素Ⅱ治疗组较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但对照组无明显变化,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:宁心合剂治疗高血压病舒张性心力衰竭安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Ningxin Mixture(NM)for the treatment of hypertensive diastolic heart failure(HDHF).Methods:Sixty qualified HDHF patients were equally randomized into 2 groups:the control group received Shenfu Mixture,and the treatment group received NM.After treatment for 6 months,6-minute walking test,left ventricular function and biochemical parameters were observed.Results:The difference of walking distance within 6 minutes was insignificant between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while the walking distance was prolonged in the treatment group after treatment compared with that in the control group(P<0.01).The difference of left ventricular function was insignificant between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but was significant after treatment,and the improvement of left ventricular function was obvious in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The differences of biochemical parameters such as rennin,angiotensin,aldosterone,and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)were insignificant between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,rennin,angiotensin,and BNP were decreased(P<0.01),and the decrease in the treatment group was obvious than that in the control group(P<0.01).Angiotensin was decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05)but remained unchanged in the control group(P>0.05),and the difference was significant between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ningxin Mixture is effective and safe for the treatment of hypertensive diastolic heart failure,and the therapy of tranquilizing mind is worth of clinical expansion.
