摘要
采用故障树分析方法,建立了抽油杆故障树。用布尔代数化简法求得了故障树的全部最小割集(MCS)和最小路集(MPS)。结果表明,抽油杆系统的任一基本事件均构成其最小割集,全体基本事件构成系统的唯一最小路集;即抽油杆是一个可靠性较低的系统。该方法逻辑关系清楚,能组合抽油杆系统可能出现的故障或意外事件并给出系统的描述,可为采油技术人员和维修人员提供一个形象的处理和分析故障的手段。
A method for analyzing sucker rod faults is introduced on the basis of fault tree theory. By means of the method, all of both minimum cut sets (MCS) and minimum path sets (MPS) of the fault tree are determined. The results of analysis show that the MCS can be made up by any one of the elementary events in a sucker rod system but the MPS—by all of them. It is thus clear that the system is comparatevely lower in reliability. The method presented here, being clear in logic relation, is capable of combining possible faults or unexpected events and describing the system rightly. Thus the method provides a practical way to discriminate and analyze any faults.
