None of the four 'stick-tos' in the Four Cardinal Principles is dispensable. They depend on and promote each other. Based on studying and understanding Deng Xiaoping's series of elucidations of the cardinal principles of the people's democratic dictatorship, this paper maintains that the people's democratic dictatorship is the domestic version of prole-tariat dictatorship theory. People's democracy should be continually expanded, legal system be established, reform of political system be promoted and the state machine of the people's democratic dictatorship be strengthened to realize social stability, solidify party's leadership to ideology and confidently stick to the Four Cardinal Principles and never allow foreign countries to interfere into China's internal affairs.
