摘要
随着大量的风电场接入电网,风电对电力系统运行备用的影响成为一个关键问题。文中讨论了考虑风电接入后电力系统备用需求的解决方法,采用概率方法来估计由风电接入导致的系统备用需求,并在路径跟踪内点算法的基础上提出了一种考虑风电接入后二次备用需求的优化潮流算法。通过对IEEE 39节点测试系统的算例进行分析,表明所提出的优化潮流算法可以有效解决风电接入对系统备用需求带来的影响,具有较大的实用价值。
When large amounts of wind power plants are integrated in power system, the impact of wind power on the reserve demand becomes a very important issue. This paper discusses the possible solutions regarding reserve demand considering the wind power uncertainty. A probabilistic method is proposed to estimate reserve capacity caused by wind power. Based on a primal dual path following interior point method, a secondary reserve optimal power flow approach is presented. Simulation results on the IEEE 39 system show that the proposed method can consider the impact of wind power on the secondary reserve efficiently, and is very practical.
