摘要
目的:研究皂味口蘑的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱方法分离纯化,依据理化性质、波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从皂味口蘑的乙醇提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为琥珀酸(1)、(2E)-Decene-4,6,8-triyn-1-ol(2)、苯甲酸(3)、(2E)-桂皮酸(4)。结论:化合物1~3为从该菌中首次分离得到,4为从该属中首次分离得到的化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Tricholoma saponaceum. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by various methods of isolation (silica gel and ODS column chromatography ) , and their chemical structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data and chemical properties. Results: Four compounds were isolated from the EtOH extract of Tricholoma saponaceum. The chemical structures were elucidated as amber acid ( 1 ) , (2E) -Decene-4, 6, 8-triyn-l-ol (2) , bcnzenecarboxylic acid (3) , (2E) -cinnamie acid (4). Conclusion: Compound 1, 2 and 3 were obtained from T. saponaceum for the first time, and 4 was isolated from genus Tricholoma for the first
