雷贝拉唑治疗42例消化性溃疡的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效及安全性。方法:对2007年10月～2008年10月期间经胃镜确诊的42例消化性溃疡患者,予雷贝拉唑10mg早餐前1次顿服,总共6天,观察用药后0～6天症状缓解情况及不良反应。结果:雷贝拉唑治疗第一天后上腹痛、返酸、烧灼感明显缓解,且随着时间延长,有效缓解率上升,未发现有严重不良反应。结论:雷贝拉唑是一种起效快、缓解率高、安全性好的治疗消化性溃疡药物。
