摘要
提出了利用微分电位溶出法同时测定琼脂中的铜、铅、镉含量的方法,探讨了硝酸镁和盐酸浓度对分析物稳定性及灵敏度的影响并作了试验和优化。试验结果表明,铜、铅、镉的回收率达到95.5%~99.5%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差1.5%~6.0%之间,检出限分别为0.50 mg/kg、0.05 mg/kg、0.05 mg/kg。
The method of simultaneous determination of copper, lead and cadmium in agar by differential potentiometric stripping snalysis was propounded. The influence of magnesium nitrate and hydrochloric acid concentrations to the stability and sensitivity of analyte was explored and the test was optimized. Result showed that the percent recovery of copper, lead and cadmium aimed at 95.5%-99.5%, the relative standard deviation aimed at 1.5%-6.0% and the detection limits were 0.50 mg/kg, 0.05 mg/kg and 0.05 mg/kg, reseparately.
