摘要
随着我国微波电真空器件的迅速发展,许多信息武器装备的研制单位迫切需要新型的金属陶瓷衰减器材料,衰减器材料性能直接影响到我国微波器件性能水平.本文主要研究利用粗糙集理论对衰减器材料的各种性能参数进行系统分析,从中整理出参数性能之间的相互依赖关系,简化筛选参数数据,优化衰减器材料的理论体系,总结出更为优化的衰减器材料制造工艺.
The new type of the ceramal attenuator material, which can have a direct and deciding influence on properties of the microwave devices, is urgently needed in many institutions developing informational weaponry along with the development of microwave electronic vacuum devices in our country. This dissertation is devoted to the systematic analysis of the property parameters of attenuator material with RS theory to settle the mutually dependent relationship of the parameter properties, simplify the filtration of the parameter data, optimize the theoretical system of the attenuator material and sum up the more optimized manufacturing technics accordingly.
