垃圾焚烧电厂报表系统设计及应用

摘要 针对垃圾焚烧电厂报表系统功能由控制系统提供存在功能不灵活、界面显示不友好等问题,提出了按数据访问层、领域逻辑层和表现层3层设计报表的体系结构,所设计的用于过程控制的对象连接与嵌入(OPC)客户端、数据处理动态链接库和水晶报表显示前端分别对应于该3层结构。实际应用表明,这种报表系统快速、稳定,且打印、自动导出等功能均运行正常。 Directing against problems existing in the reporting table system in MSW incineration power plant,in which a part of the reporting tables was provided from the control system, the functions of them being not agile,interface between them being not friendly, etc. , a system structure designed according to 3 - tier application, namelythe data access layer,domain logic layer,and presentation layer, has been put forward. The designed OPC client,dynamic link library (DLL),and crystal report display used for objects of process control are corresponding to the three said layer respectively. Practical application shows that the said reporting table system being rapid and stable, the functions of printing and automatic deviation etc. ,all are in normal operation.
