摘要
阐述了通过监测炉水中氢电导率来监测炉水阴离子含量的原理,并在炉水全挥发处理(AVT)和低磷酸盐处理(LPT)工况下,对炉水中阴离子(主要为氯离子)与氢电导率的对应关系进行了探讨。研究指出,在AVT工况下,由于炉水组成相对简单,用氢电导率监测氯离子的方法可靠性较高,可满足炉内化学处理工艺要求;在LPT工况下,由于炉水成分较为复杂,影响因素较多,这一方法得出的结果会有一定偏差,需对计算所得数据进行适当修正。
The principle of monitoring the anion content in boiler water through measuring hydrogen conductivity in boiler water has been expounded, and an approach to the corresponding relationship between anion(mainly being chlorine ions)and hydrogen conductivity under condition of all volatile treatment(AVT)and of low phosphorate treatment(LPT)being made. Results of study show that the composition of boiler water is relatively simple under condition of AVT,the measurement of chlorine ions by using hydrogen conductivity has higher reliability, and can satisfy the requirements of chemical water treatment inside the boiler^the composition of boiler water is comparatively complex under condi- tion of LPT,and having many affecting factors,the result obtained from using said method may have certain deviation, and suitable correction has to be carried out for the data obtained from calculation.
