摘要 在不少西方国家中前列腺癌（PCa）是男性常见的肿瘤之一，发病率居男性肿瘤第1位，死亡率占男性肿瘤第2位，过去在我国的发病率仅为2．41／10万。但随着寿命的延长和老年化地区的日渐增多，发病率已明显上升。因此探索PCa诊断阳性率的最佳途径势在必行。
