摘要
在行骨骼活检时，穿刺针的选择非常重要，甚至直接影响着活检的成功与否。笔者根据多次实践，应用环锯和Ackerman钻取外替代传统的活检方法取得了较好的效果。
During Skeletal biopsy,the choice of puncture needle is a very important factor affecting di-rectly the success or failure of the biopsy. On the basis of practical experience,the authors con-cluded that by using ring saw or Ackerman saw, skeletal biopsy can perform better comparedwith conventional puncture needle.
