烧结型多孔管在NaCl溶液中的传热与结垢特性 被引量:4

摘要 采用强化传热因子、临界循环量和临界结垢浓度等分析方法,研究了烧结型白铜多孔管与白铜光滑管在NaCl溶液中的传热与结垢特性。建立了多孔管在NaCl溶液沸腾传热过程中气泡努塞尔数与气泡雷诺数、普兰特数和溶液浓度之间的关联式。结果表明:与光滑管相比,烧结型多孔管在不同浓度的溶液中都能明显提高其沸腾传热系数,最大可达到3.3倍。NaCl溶液的质量分数只要低于临界结垢质量分数,多孔管都具有抗垢性能。该关联式与实际情况相符,能较好地预测多孔管在NaCl溶液中的传热性能。 The characteristics of heat transfer and fouling of sintered porous surface tube (SPST) heated electrically in NaCl solution were investigated. Mathematical model of heat transfer was constructed about Nusselt number, Reynolds number, Prandtl number and mass fraction of NaCl solution. The results show that sintered porous surface tubes have better properties of enhanced heat transfer than that of smooth surface tubes (SST) in NaC1 solution. Furthermore, NaCl fouling won't deposit on the surface of SPST as long as the mass fraction of solution is below the critical fouling mass fraction. The model can be used to predict the heat transfer coefficient of SPST in NaCl solution, which displays that results of simulation are in accordance with the experimental values.
