摘要
采用文献综述的方法,对U波的特点、与U波倒置相关的病症进行了介绍,分析了运动猝死的原因,分析得出:U波倒置多为某种器质性心脏病所致,U波变化要更敏感于ST-T的变化;而导致运动猝死的原因中,心脏性猝死占的比例最大。
With the method of Literature Review, the characteristics of the U - wave, the U - wave inversion - related diseases and the reasons for the sudden campaign death are introduced in this paper. From the analysis, we get the following results： the U - wave inversions are mostly caused by an organic heart disease, the U - wave changes are more sensitive than the ST - T changes. In the reasons of the sudden campaign death, the sudden death of heart disease accounts for the largest proportion.
