摘要
超高压脉冲变压器的设计难点在于参数的设计、绝缘设计和结构布局。通过建模和计算机仿真,参考实际测量的器件参数和分布参数,用Spice软件仿真得到输出波形,进行参数和结构优化设计,解决了场强分布、线圈结构、管座结构、高压绝缘、高压连接器和散热等关键技术。文中给出了脉冲变压器主要参数的详细计算和仿真波形,阐述了锥形结构和绝缘设计的要点。实验和测试表明,设计的400 kV/400 A超高压脉冲变压器,输出波形好、绝缘强度高、高压连接方便、真空管与管座匹配,满足了设计指标要求。
The difficulty of extra high voltage pulse transformer design lies in its parameters, insulation and structure. We optimize the parameter and structure design by modeling and simulation, refering to actual device parameters and distributed parameters, and using Spice software to simulate the output waveform. The key technique problems, such as field strength distribution, coil intensity, high voltage insulation, high voltage connector and cooling are solved. This paper presents detailed calculation and waveform simulation of pulse transformer parameter, explains the key point of tapered structure and insulation design. Experiment and test indicate that this 400 kV/400 A extra high voltage pulse transformer has good output waveform, high insulation capacity, convenient high voltage connecting and matching between vacuum tube and tube socket, and satisfies the design specification.
