摘要
目的探讨急性脑卒中患者家属焦虑状态及其相关因素,以采取有效措施,以增进患者的社会支持及访谈,减少医患纠纷,促进患者早日康复。方法采用问卷调查法及访谈。用焦虑自评量表(SAS),对患者家属焦虑状况及其相关因素进行调查分析。结果急性脑卒中患者家属与正常人焦虑状况差异有统计学意义,困扰家属的前三位因素依次是:家属急于了解病情及治疗预后,家属想时刻守护患者,家属急于了解疾病相关知识。结论应重视对患者家属进行心理护理,增进患者的社会支持系统,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the anxiety state and the related factors on the family members of the patients of the acute cerebral stroke. Therefore we can adopt effective measures to improve the society supports system, decrease the disputes betweem the patients and the hospital, and restore the patients＇ well state soon. Methods We adopted questionnaire survey and interview. The anxiety state and the related factors of patients＇ family members were evaluated by SAS. Results There is statistical difference of the anxiety state between the patients＇ family members and the normal persons. The most important factors interfering the family members are as follows：the family memebers are eager to understand the condition and prognosis of the stroke, they want to take care of the paitients constantly and they are eager to know the related knowledge of the stroke. Conclusion Therefore we should pay attention to the psychological care of the patients＇ family members, improve the society supports system and promote the quick recovery of them.
