摘要
下颌第一磨牙多为3～4个根管,较少出现5个根管。作者报告1例下颌第一磨牙存在第5个根管,近中3个,远中2个,并对其发现、治疗和X线表现进行总结,以避免下颌第一磨牙治疗过程中的根管漏治。
Mandibular first molars generally have three or four root canals and rarely have five root canals. This paper described a mandibular first molar with five canals, three mesial and two distal. The detection, treatment and X-ray features were provided to help achieve successful root canal therapy in similar cases.
