摘要
文章介绍了国际水稻研究所(International Rice Research Institute,IRRI)的科研管理组织体系、科研管理机制、平台管理机制及其管理经验。在此基础上,提出国内科研机构应借鉴其管理经验,确立相对稳定的学科研究方向,建立与之相适应的科学研究组织体系和科研计划与科研项目分类管理、逐级评估制度及专业化分工、资源共享的科研平台体系和管理制度等具体建议。
This paper gave an overview of the governance structure, research management, platform construction, and management experience of the International Rice Research Institute （IRRI）. Based on this review, some recommendations were proposed for domestic research institutes, which include learning from IRRI＇s management experience, adopting relatively stable research directions, establishing corresponding governance structure, research programming, program management ＆ evaluation system, research platform with specialization ＆ resource sharing, and management system.
