摘要
目的:研究小叶棘豆Oxytropis microphylla全草的化学成分。方法:利用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从小叶棘豆的醋酸乙酯部分分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:山柰酚(1),黄芩素(2),5-羟基-7,8,4'-三甲氧基黄酮(3),豆甾醇(4),谷甾4-烯-3β-醇(5),β-谷甾醇(6),羽扇豆醇(7),去氢木香内酯(8)。结论:化合物1—8均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2,3,5,8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Oxytropis microphylla. Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis (EI-MS, ^1 H- NMR, ^13C-NMR). Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol (1), baicalein (2), 5-hydroxy-7, 8, 4'-trimethoxyilavone (3), stigmasterol (4), stigmast-4-en-β3-ol (5), β-sitosterol (6), lupenol (7), dehydrocostus lactone (8). Conclusion: All compounds were isolated for the first time from this plant, compounds 2, 3, 5, and 8 were isolated for the first time from this genus.
