摘要
过去一轮的高等职业院校人才培养工作评估是在我国高等职业教育快速发展、绝大部分高职院校处于初创阶段以及社会高度关注的背景下进行的。评估工作取得了明显成效、积累了宝贵经验，也有值得认真改进的问题。新一轮评估将基于《数据采集平台》运行基础之上，改革评估模式和方法；应遵循规律、把握方向、坚持方针、贯彻文件、注重内涵，逐步形成国家政策引导、省教育行政部门领导、学校为主体、专家与用人单位参与的高等职业院校人才培养工作评估体系。
Last round evaluation of talents cultivation performance for higher vocational colleges was implemented under the background that higher vocational education developed fastly, most of the higher vocational colleges carried on under initial stage and it was highly emphasized. The evaluation not only has made obvious effect but also has accumulated valuable experiences. However, there are still questions which deserved to improve conscientiously. On the foundation of the operation of Data Gather Platform, New round evaluation should reform evaluation mode and method, obey the law, grasp the direction, insist on the policy, carry out the file and pay attention to conotation to gradually form the evaluation system that guiding by national policies, leading by province educational administrative departments, taking schools as subjects and participating by expers and employment institutions.
