摘要
为提高膜分离法对油水分离的效果,减小油质对膜的污染,采用非化学计量掺杂Ce纳米SiO2聚砜(PSF)复合膜对油田回注水进行处理。通过对复合膜的拉伸强度、亲水性和ESEM性能测试并将其应用于油水分离试验可知,纳米SiO2复合粒子添加量为PSF质量的10%时,复合膜的机械强度最大,接触角为最小值41.7°。以此含量制得的复合膜的渗透通量最大,且随着操作时间的进行该复合膜的渗透通量下降的最慢,表明复合膜的耐污染能力得到增强;同时此复合膜对油的截留率高于98%,处理后的水样符合国家水质排放标准。
To enhance the efficiency of membrane separation in separating oil from water, and to decrease the membrane fouling with oil, this paper studied the treatment of oily field injection water by Ce-doped nonstoichiometric nanosilica (modified nanosilica)-polysulfone (PSF) composite membranes. After the change of the tensile strength and the hydrophilicity of composite membranes and its using in treating oily field injection water were analysed, the composite membranes were found to be very effictive for removing oil from oily water. When the membranes were added by the 10% of quality of the modified nanosilica, the tensile strength of the composite membranes was the lagest and the minimum value of the composite membranes contact angel was 41.7°. Along with the operating time, the permeation flux of the compostie membranes was reduced, which was showed that the anti-fouling capaticy of the composite membranes was increased. It acquired the rejection ratio of the 98% above, and the treated water samples conformed to the water letting standard.
