摘要
为了建立测定人发中砷、汞的方法,为矿区环境地质调查提供实验证据;采用氢化物发生原子荧光仪,预先将人发消解,并通过对仪器条件及试剂的优化选择,分析精密度、检出限达到了测试要求;经标准物质及回收率检验,方法准确性符合要求,且灵敏度高,检出限低,线性关系好,数据可靠。
A new method for determination of arsenic and mercury in human hair was built to provide evidence for enviromental geology investigation. The testing parameters were optimized and human hair was dissolved by hydrochloric-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy. The precision was and detection limit meet the requirement. According to certified reference material and recovery ratetest, the method is high sensitivity, low detection limit, good linear relationship and reliable data.
