摘要
采用放射免疫分析法对正常健康奶牛组、临床型乳腺炎奶牛组的乳清、血清进行了炎性细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α测定。测定结果表明:患病组奶牛乳清和血清中IL-6、TNF-α含量显著高于健康组的含量。
Normal cows and clinical mastitis cows were surveyed on the contents of IL - 6 , TNF - α in milk serum and serum by RIA. To explore the content changes of IL -6 ,TNF - α in normal cows and clinical mastitis cows. The results showed that IL - 6 ,TNF - α of milk serum and serum in clinical mastitis cows was higher than that of in normal cows.
