高铜的不同停用时间对猪肉品质和铜排泄量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究高铜饲粮的不同停用时间对猪肉品质和粪中铜排出量的影响。结果表明,在屠宰前30d停用高铜饲粮与不停用对照组比较,显著地降低猪肉的滴水损失、铜残留量,大大减少粪中排出的铜量,可有效地减少肉中铜的残留和对环境的污染。
