颈动脉粥样硬化与冠状动脉性心脏病

摘要 目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化与冠状动脉心脏病(冠心病)的关系。方法对已行冠状动脉造影的154例可疑冠心病患者作颈动脉超声检查,比较单支病变组、双支病变组和3支病变组,无冠心病组的颈动脉内中膜厚度(intima media thickness,IMT)和斑块发生率。结果随着冠状动脉病变支数增加,IMT和斑块发生率均增加。结论颈动脉粥样硬化与冠心病关系密切,对可疑冠心病患者作颈动脉超声检查有重要意义。
