摘要
随着台资企业在中国大陆20多年的经营扩展与大陆经营环境的变化,近年来中国大陆台资企业开始进行业务整合。根据台资企业在中国大陆投资的实践,对台资企业在中国大陆业务整合的背景、动因与方式等进行了研究。
After two decades＇ enterprises operations and expansion of Taiwan Residents enterprises, Taiwan Residents enterprises in mainland has carried out the business integration in recent years. According to the business and investment practices of Taiwan Residents enterprises in mainland , the paper introduces the background, motivations and patterns of the business integration of Taiwan Residents enterprises in mainland.
