摘要
高校学生管理工作能否及时、有序、有效地进行,关键在于能否调动学生自主管理意识和积极性,提高自主管理的能力。文章揭示大学生自主管理的内涵,提出并分析大学生自主管理的范畴。
The key to ensuring a timely, orderly and efficient management of students in higher learning lies in whether students＇ awareness of self-governance and enthusiasm for it motivated, and whether their competence in self-governance have been enhanced. This paper on the connotation of university students＇ self-governance, proposes and analyzes dim university students＇ self-governance.
