摘要
结合虚拟样机模型实例,介绍将Taguch i稳健优化设计方法应用于悬架参数设计,以提高车辆操纵稳定性能的稳健性方法。该方法只需要少量代表性的试验及简单的分析,即可得到可靠的设计结果。该结果可有效控制不可控因素对车辆操纵稳定性能的影响。
Taking a virtual prototype model as an example, a design method is presented, in which Taguchi robust optimum design technique is applied to the design of suspension parameters to improve the robustness in handling and stability of vehicles. With the scheme, only a few representative tests and simple analysis are required to get reliable results, which can effectively reduce the influence of uncontrollable factors on the handling and stability of vehicles.
