摘要
采用计算流体动力学(简称CFD)方法对过滤器的过滤单元——滤柱内的流场进行了模拟和分析,并改变边界条件和模型的结构,分析了其对流场的影响.结果表明,减小入口水流速度有利于颗粒在滤柱表面的均匀沉积;将出水口设置到罐体最上部,可以基本消除滤柱内的死水区,同时也增大了有效过滤面积,提高了过滤效率.
Flow field of filter column unit is simulated and analyzed by using CFD. The influence of changing boundary conditions and model structure on flow field is studied. The inlet velocity decrease is beneficial for uniform deposition of solid particles on the filter column surface, setting the outlet to the top of the tank can eliminate stagnant water area and increase effective filtration area to improve filtration efficiency.
