摘要
目的探讨老年骨折患者静脉留置针肝素封管液的最佳剂量。方法将150例使用浅静脉留置针的老年骨折患者随机分为3组,每组50例,观察组采用稀肝素盐水封管液10mL(含肝素钠50U/mL),对照1组采用稀肝素盐水封管液5mL(含肝素钠50U/mL),对照2组采用稀肝素盐水封管液3mL(含肝素钠50U/mL)进行封管,对留置针输液通畅情况及留置时间分别进行比较。结果观察组静脉留置针输液通畅情况、留置时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论10mL稀肝素盐水封管液(含肝素钠50U/mL)更适合无肝素使用禁忌的老年骨折患者使用。
Objective To explore the optimal dose of heparin tube-sealing solution in venous indwelling needle in the elderly patients with bone fracture. Methods Totally 150 cases of senile patient with bone fracture used superficial venous indwelling needles were randomly divided into 3 groups. Each group contained 50 cases. In observed group 10 mL diluted heparin tube-sealing solution （containing heparin sodium 50 U/mL） was used to seal the tube; in control 1 group,5 mL diluted heparin tube-sealing solution （containing heparin sodium 50 U/mL） was used; in control 2 group, 3 mL diluted heparin tube-sealing solution （contained heparin sodium 50 U/mL） was used. The transfusion patency and indwelling time of venous indwelling needle were compared in these groups. Results The transfusion patency and indwelling time of venous indwelling needle in observed group was prior to those in control groups. There was statistical difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The 10 mL diluted heparin tube-sealing solution （containing heparin sodium 50 U/mL） is suitable for the elderly patients with bone fracture without con traindication of heparin.
